How much does it cost to build a custom home in Kansas City?
Most of our homes fall between the $400s and the $700s and beyond, depending on size, finishes, and lot. During your first consultation we'll walk through your wish list and give you straight answers on what it costs — no lowball estimates that balloon later. Transparent budgeting is one of the reasons families choose us.
How long does the build process take?
Most of our custom builds take 8–12 months from design approval to move-in, depending on size and finish selections. Spec homes can be move-in ready in a fraction of that. We'll give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you updated at every stage — you'll never wonder what's happening on your jobsite.
Do I need to own a lot before talking to you?
Not at all. We offer exclusive plans in several locally owned development communities with lots reserved and ready to build, and we can also build on land you already own. Either way, the first conversation is the right starting point.
What about financing a new construction home?
Most of our clients use a construction loan that converts to a traditional mortgage at completion. We work with local lenders who know our process and can point you to people who'll take good care of you. Bring your questions to the consultation — we've helped hundreds of families through this.
